Responsibilities will include:
- Initiating, planning, executing, adapting, overseeing, and reporting on a vast range of projects;
- Supporting the director in taking strategic decisions whilst providing technical advice;
- Managing supply-chain operations;
- Managing standard operation processes to ensure quality and overseeing the company’s Quality Management System;
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are up to standard whilst implementing engineering and manufacturing services;
- Managing human resources for staff that fall under his/her responsibility;
- Managing the customer care.
The ideal candidate must possess:
- A University degree and/or higher qualification in Engineering;
- At least 5 years’ experience in a role of senior management (ideally in the field of engineering, manufacturing and/or service);
- Excellent planning, organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- A good understanding of project management tools and MS Office;
- Strategic, Business, and Financial Acumen;
- Experience with Leadership and Management and the ability to work on a diverse range of projects;
- A background in Six Sigma or Lean Methodology would be considered an asset.
